A Guide to Placeholder and Default Values

Placeholder Value: Temporary text in a form field guiding user input, disappearing when entered (e.g., "MM/DD/YYYY" for a date).

Default Value: Predefined text automatically populating form fields if left blank, ensuring consistency (e.g., "Not Specified" for gender).

1. Click on Documents

2. Click on PDFs

3. Click on Create Signature PDF

4. Select "New Patient Registration Form Template.pdf" from file upload menu

5. Fill all the required details like name, email, Email subject and it's body and then "confirm".

6. To use placeholder feature. Click on Text

7. Drag the text box where it is required.

8. Click on Edit Styles

9. Note: Remove Default Value to use placeholder.

10. Type "DD/MM/YYYY" in the placeholder section. and it's done.

11. To use Default value feature. Click on Text
