Basic Settings

  1. Collect responses of the respondent, if you disable this setting we won't send the generated PDF to the respondent

  2. If you want to verify the email of the respondent you can enable this, we currently support Google Sign verification, which means the person has to sign in through their Google account in order to fill out the form.

  3. If you don't want to receive notifications when someone fills out the form, you can disable this setting.


Response PDF Settings

  1. If you don't want to generate a PDF after a form is submitted you can disable this setting.

  2. By default, we generate PDFs in English but we support the following languages as well in PDF generation. If you can't find your language you can request here for it to be added. We will try it to add within a week or so.

    1. French

    2. German

    3. Arabic

    4. Hebrew

    5. Chinese

    6. Dutch

    7. Indonesian

    8. Japanese

    9. Portuguese

    10. Spanish

    11. Thai

  3. If you want to send a copy of the generated document to someone else other than you and the respondent of the form you can add emails here

  4. You can also set the name of the PDF that would be generated once a person has finished signing the form.


Presentation Setting

  1. You can change the text which is visible after the form is submitted.

  2. Redirection URL is used to redirect your signees to your desired page once they finish signing the form.
