1. Create a new PDF
2. Select a file from your system
3. Add your Signers to your document
4. Check on "set signing order data"
5. The signers are arranged in an order
6. You can change the order of the signees by changing the number inside the box. For example, if you assign "1" to two signees the document would be sent to them first simultaneously. It will be sent to the next person once they finish signing.
7. Make sure to arrange it in a logical way. For example, if you assign "1" to the first two signees, assign "2" to the third signee.
8. You can even mix up the numbers and arrange them as you like
9. You can uncheck the checkbox anytime and send the document simultaneously to all the signees.
10. So, we'll fix this order .
11. Click on "Confirm"
12. Place the "signature fields"
13. Click on "Send"
14. The mail was first sent to the first signee
15. After the first signee signs the document...
16. The document is sent to the second signee
17. This process continues until all the signees finish their signing process
