Let’s see how you can add the trigger ‘New Template Response’. We will see how you can connect google docs with BoloForms.

Objective - Upload the signed pdf when every body have signed the pdf for a BoloForms Signature Template

On Zapier Dashboard

1. Click on Create

3. Click on Trigger

4. Type "BoloForms"

6. Choose an Event

7. Let's select ‘New Template Response…’

9. Now You can choose an existing connection

21. Let's choose an event for uploading a pdf file

25. Now add the file - we will upload the finishedPdf

Although you can test this step, as the finished pdf is not available yet, it will fail to upload to docs for testing purposes. This is optional step so you can skip
