1. Create a form

2. Click on "Settings"

3. Enable the "Send Email Notifications"

4. Copy the link to send it to the recipients

5. Fill the details and submit the form

6. You would receive a notification mail when someone sends you a response

7. A PDF of the response is attached along with the mail

8. You can view the response along with the date it was filled.
