1. Click on "Settings"

2. Click on "Connect to Google Sheet"

3. Choose the account you want to connect with

4. Check to Select what BoloForms PDF can access/

5. Click on "Continue"

6. Now you can click view sheet to view your form integrated into the spreadsheet

7. You can view your responses in the google sheet
