Open your form inside the BoloSign form editor.

This is where you can add questions, file upload fields, signatures, and other form inputs.

Add a File Upload question to your form.

You can name it based on what you want recipients to upload, such as Upload Images, Attach Product Photos, or Upload ID Proof.

Turn on the Allow Multiple Files option.

Then, under The type of file users can upload for this question, select Only Images.

This allows recipients to upload multiple image files in the same field.

Choose the maximum file size allowed for uploads.

For example, you can set it to 5 MB or another available limit based on your requirement.

Once your form fields are ready, click on Customize PDF.

This opens the PDF editor where you can map form responses to your custom PDF.

In the PDF editor, open the Pick Question from your Form dropdown.

Select the image upload field marked as Multiple Images.

For example:

Image 1 [Multiple Images]

Add the selected image field to the area where you want the uploaded images to appear.

You can adjust its size and position based on your PDF layout.

Click Save after mapping the fields.

Now share the form with recipients.

When they submit the form with multiple images, BoloSign will automatically add those images to the customized PDF.
