Introduction

Here’s the thing: once submissions start rolling in, speed matters. This guide shows you how to find the right response fast, preview or download attachments, filter by status or date, bulk-export what you need, and keep everything tidy with tags and folders. Important security note: attachment links inside response PDFs (like images) may stop working after a while. That’s intentional. To keep sensitive data restricted to authorized users, attachments are always accessible from the dashboard, anytime.

How does it work?

3(b). It is intentional. To ensure security, Public or time-based links expire to prevent unauthorized access. Open the response in the dashboard to view or download the files anytime.

FAQs

1) Where do I see new responses?
Dashboard → Forms → select your form → Responses. You’ll see a table with each submission, time, and status.

2) Can I filter by date, status, or field value?
Yes. Use the Filters bar (date range, completion status, assignee, specific field values). Save views for quick reuse.

3) Can I export response data?
Export → CSV for spreadsheets, or Export → PDF to create a print-ready packet (answers + attachment list).

4) Who can access attachments?
Only users with form/workspace access. Manage roles and permissions in Settings.

5) Why do attachment links in PDFs stop working?
For security. Public or time-based links expire to prevent unauthorized access. Open the response in the dashboard to view or download the files anytime.

Conclusion

What this really means is you can turn a pile of submissions into clean, actionable records—quickly and securely. Use filters, tags, and exports to run your workflow, and remember: if a PDF link expires, that’s by design. For ongoing, authorized access to files, open the response in the dashboard where attachments are stored safely and available whenever you need them.
