1. Add the team members to your account.

2. Click on Documents in the account where I added jenefa@boloforms as the admin.

3. In the account where I added [email protected] as admin, the team member can share the file that they created or any other file in the dashboard with any other team member.

4. Click on Documents in the account where I added [email protected] as editor.

5. In the account where I added [email protected] as editor, the team member can share only the files to which they have access with any other team member.

6. Choose the team member from the dropdown list. The particular file will be shared with the team members.

Can I share multiple files at once?

The admins and owners can add multiple files and folders or share all your documents by selecting the "ALL" option when adding a collaborator, but the team members with only the editor role can only share individual files.

Is there a limit to the number of collaborators I can share the files with?

There is no limit with respect to file sharing. But you can share files only with your collaborators. However, the total number of collaborators will depend on your subscription plan.

Can collaborators edit the documents I share with them?

The editing permissions depend on the access level you set when sharing. The admin or the owner can control whether collaborators can view, edit, or manage the shared documents.
