1. Click on "PDF Template"
2. Upload the document and fill in all the required details.
3. Click on "Confirm"
4. The document(PDF) has been uploaded, add all the required fields to this particular document.
5. Add all the required Fields.
6. Click on "Save"
7. Add all Recipients' names and email addresses.
8. Click on "Send"
9. Click on "Create New PDF Template"
10. Upload the new document and fill in all the required details.
11. Click on "Confirm"
12. The PDF has been successfully uploaded, along with various fields available for addition to the document.
13. Tap on the three dots located at the top right corner.
14. Click on "IMPORT FIELDS"
15. A dialog box appears, allowing you to search for the document from which you want to import the fields.
16. Click on Required Document. Example-(Employment Agreement.pdf)
17. Click on "Next"
18. Ensure synchronization by updating roles from the old document with newly added roles in the current one, ensuring imported fields align correctly.
19. Replace the roles accordingly.
20. Click on "Import Field(s)"
21. The fields have been imported into the document based on the assigned roles.

23. Add relevant fields to this document along with the imported fields, and remove any fields from the imported ones that do not align with the required document.
24. Click on "Save"
25. Add all Recipients' names and email addresses.
26. Click on "Send"
27. Click on "Send Via Email"
