1. Click on Teams

Click on Teams

2. Click on Add Collaborator

Click on Add Collaborator

3. Type the email of the collaborator.

Type "<a href="mailto:boloforms@gmail.com" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">boloforms@gmail.com</a>"

4. Click on the drop-down menu to see the selection of the files.

Click on highlight

5. Select the file or folder you wish to share with the collaborator.

Click on Important

6. You can add multiple files and folders or share them all by choosing the option ALL.

Click on Forms

7. Click on Add Collaborator.

Click on Add Collaborator

8. You can always edit it to add files and folders. To do so click on edit.

Click on highlight

9. Make the changes by adding or removing files.

Click on PDFs

10. Click on Update Collaborator to update the changes.

Click on Update Collaborator
