Steps to Customize Email Notifications
Let’s walk through it step by step.
Step 1: Go to Settings
Once you're inside your BoloSign dashboard, navigate to the Settings section.
Step 2: Open Email Settings
Inside Settings, click on Email Settings.
You’ll see three options here:
Configuration
Manage Templates
Notifications
Step 3: Click on Notifications
Select the Notifications tab. This is where you control everything.
Step 4: Configure Sender Notifications
You’ll see the first section:
Notify me when I am the sender and:
Here, you can choose what updates you want to receive when you send documents.
Options include things like:
Document signed by all recipients
Document viewed
New comment posted
Document declined

Step 5: Configure Recipient Notifications
