If you wish to cancel your BoloSign subscription, please follow the steps below:

  • Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line “Cancellation Request.”

  • In the email, please mention the following details to assist us in processing your request quickly:

    1. Your full name

    2. Registered email address

    3. Subscription type (Monthly/Annual/Other)

    4. Reason for cancellation (optional, but your feedback helps us improve!)

Step 2: Automatic Form Trigger

  • If you send a message with the keyword "cancel" or "I want to cancel," a Cancellation Form be sent to you.

  • Fill out the Cancellation Form to confirm your request.

Step 3: Confirmation of Cancellation

  • Once we receive your filled form or email, our support team will process your cancellation within 2-3 business days.
