STEP 1
Install the app on our platform
Go to Settings > Integrations > Click Install on (Monday App)
STEP 2
Create Template
> Go to /create (Create Page)
> Create a new template
> Go to Variables (wait for some time till monday variables load successfully)
> Use variables in the Document
> Click Save > It will redirect to Send for Signature Page
STEP 3.1 (1st Usecase) (From Our platform)
> Select Board > Select Item (Similar to that you mapped)
> All the variable values filled with from monday
> Click Send for Signature
> On the signing screen, the variables data is already filled.
> Sign the document.
STEP 3.2 (2nd Usecase) (From monday.com [APP])
> Select Board > Select Item on monday
> Select bolosign items app in the app window
> Click Send for signatures
> This will redirect you to boloforms page
> Select (Click Send for Signature) the template with variables mapped.
> All values in variables are filled (If variables have data in them)
> Then same process (Send the document for Signature)
