BoloSign's Field List feature in the PDF/template editor streamlines document management by allowing you to view, edit, and manage form fields page-by-page. This guide will walk you through the step-by-step process of using the Field List feature effectively, helping you customize each page of your PDF templates to fit your needs. Whether you’re adding new fields, editing existing ones, or organizing multiple fields across different pages, BoloSign makes it easy.

1. Click on the PDF creation option.

2. Upload the required document and add all the necessary information to send the document.

4. Once the document is uploaded, you can add all the relevant fields to each page of the document.

5. On the left side of the document, you’ll see a list of pages. There, you can access the three-dot menu, which provides all available options for each page.

7. On the right side of the PDF editor, under the "Fields List," you’ll see a display of the fields you’ve added to each specific page of the document.
